What is Saj?

Saj is a Traditional way of baking flatbread using the Saj metal, it is a slightly round surface open face machine used in Middleastern region to make flatbread and naan Like bread. 

On top of the Saj Flatbread we bring you different mouthwatering Syrian options, from Muhamara, to our staple Everything Za'atar mix, and middle eastern cheese.
